Wardogs.Events is an upcoming free planning tool that helps WARDOGS players and communities plan and run their events.

  • Sign in with Discord or Steam

    Link both to one account. Export or delete your data at any time.

  • Clear signup status

    Confirmed, pending, waitlisted or tentative. When a spot opens, the next player on the waitlist moves up automatically.

  • Notifications that don't spam

    Always in the app, and by email only if you opt in. Reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before you play.

For communities

A home for your group, and a way to be found.

  • Community pages

    Name, clan tag, description and links. Open or approval-based joining, invite links, and roles: member, organizer, admin, owner.

  • Find events and communities

    Browse public events by date, type, region, format and open spots. Search the community directory. Rich link previews when you share in Discord.

For organizers

Plan the op, fill the roster, run the night.

  • Events for how you play

    Ops, server nights, scrims, training and seeding. A simple open signup, or a roster with up to three sides and optional squads and slots.

  • Control who can sign up

    Anyone, members of the communities you choose, invite links only, host approval, or players with a linked game account. Each side can add its own rules.

  • Organizer tools

    Co-hosts and side managers. Move, swap and assign players, lock the roster, and post updates that reach everyone signed up.

  • Server details for confirmed players only

    Shown when you choose, and hidden again if a player leaves.

  • Recurring events

    Weekly or monthly schedules in your own time zone. Each date gets its own roster.

  • Public, unlisted or private

    You choose who can see each event.
